Product Description
This equipment is specially used for water closet elbow leakage inspection. It uses vacuuming method to check whether the toilet elbow leaks, so as to determine whether the toilet is leaking.
Seal the toilet drain outlet, toilet seating rim, and the connection port between the toilet and the water tank by the sealing element, so that the toilet is in a sealed state, and then use a vacuum pump to extract the air in the blocked cavity, when the vacuum reaches the preset upper limit, maintains this pressure, and then the leakage degree of the product is judged by the difference of the vacuum degree within a certain time. If the vacuum degree changes within the standard range in a certain period of time, it can be considered that the water closet has good leak-proofness.

This equipment is mainly divided into a frame part, a vacuum pipeline part, a pressure pipeline control part and an electric control part.
1. Frame part:The main working parts of this machine include the main frame, sealing cavity rubber plug, and air cylinder.
2. Vacuum pipeline part:
Including vacuum pump, vacuum pipeline, touch screen, pressure transmitter and solenoid valve, etc., used to extract the air in the toilet, maintain a certain degree of vacuum and vacuum time, so as to determine whether the toilet has water leakage defects.
3. Pressure pipeline control part:
It is composed of air source processing parts, two-position five-way electromagnetic reversing valve, throttle valve, etc., used for air distribution and pressure adjustment of the cylinder.
4. Electronic control part:
Including PLC touch screen, switchboard, buttons, indicator lights and buzzer, etc., used to realize the automatic inspection process of toilet water leakage test.
