PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
PMB-741 is a kind of modified bituminous waterproof sheet, which is consisted of styrene-butadiene-styrene (SBS) as modifier, polyester tire base fabric as reinforced layer. Besides polyethylene (PE) film, fine sand (S) or mineral aggregates (M) as the isolating material is stickup on the surface of the sheet.

FEATURES

STORAGE
1. Various kinds of sheets should be transported or stored respectively and marked clearly.
2. No exposed to the weather, keep ventilated. Temperature of storage should be below 50ºC.
3. More than two-layer sheets are not allowed for stacking vertically during the process of transportation,
4. Avoid the sheet to be banked or pressed laterally during the transportation process.
5. Under normal circumstances, the quality guarantee period is 1 year.

APPLICATION METHOD
Base treatment → Construction of additional layer →Sheets paste construction by hot bonding → Exhausting and compaction → Water permeability experiment → Construction of the protection layer
NOTICES
1. Please stop construction when the weather is above or equal to 5 winds or rainy and snowy day.
2. Temperature of construction is best above 0ºC.
3. If it is rainy during the construction process, some protective measures should be taken for the sheets which have been pasted well.
4. The distance between the nozzle of flame heating apparatus and the sheet should be appropriate. The sheet should be heated evenly, when the color of melted surface of the sheet is black-lighted, it is just right.
