Sc (B) 14 1600 2000 2500kVA 10kv Three-Phase Resin Insulated Dry-Type Electrical Power Transformer

       SCB14 transformer is a new type of SCB series resin cast dry-type power transformer, which meets the second level energy efficiency of dry-type transformers in 2021. Its capacity covers 30kVA-2500kVA, rated voltage is 10kV, and it has obvious advantages in no-load loss and load loss.     

Overview of SCB14 Dry-type Transformer:
      SCB14 dry-type transformer is a new type of dry-type transformer that meets the second level energy efficiency standard of GB20052-2020 National Standard for Energy Efficiency Limits and Grades of Power Transformers. Compared with SCB13 transformer, SCB14 transformer reduces no-load loss by 15% and load loss by 10%.
      SCB14 transformer is made of epoxy resin casting, which has the characteristics of low loss, good energy-saving effect, economical operation, and maintenance free. It is widely used in high-rise buildings, airports, stations, docks,  power plants, substations and other places with high fire prevention requirements.

Advantages of SCB14 Dry-type Transformer:
1. SCB14 transformer has lower losses.
    The new SCB14 dry-type transformer adopts higher grade silicon steel sheets, with a 15% reduction in no-load loss and a 10% reduction in load loss compared to SCB12 transformer.
2. Lower noise
    Due to the innovation of production technology, the sound level of equipment during normal operation has decreased by 10 to 15 decibels compared to the current standard "6-220kV Transformer Sound Level".
