What Does a Screw Conveyor Do?
Scew Conveyor is also called Auger. It is placed along side of the mud tanks. Drilling wastes discharged from shale shaker or mud clear or decanter centrifuge would drop into the conveyor who would move these drilling waste to top of vertical cutting dryer for the processing of drilling waste management. or in some oilfield, these drilling waste is collected through screw conveyor into some certain tanks, and transport to certain plant for further DWM. So functionally the scew conveyor belongs to DWM equipment.
