1.Q : Are you a factory or trading company ?

2.Q: Can you do OEM?

3.Q:How can I get some samples?
A: We are honored to offer you free samples. New clients are expected to pay for the courier cost, the samples are free for you, this charge will be deducted from the payment for formal order.
4.Q:What about the payment?
A:30% deposit in advance, 70% balance againstcopy of B/L, by T/T, Cash or 100% LC at sight.
5.Q:What's our normal Trade Terms?
A:EXW, FOB, CIF, CNF, DDU, L/C ect.
6.Q:How long is the lead time?
A:Normally within 5-25 days after deposit received.
8.Q:How to control your quality?
A:All of our products can meet the UL,VW-1,MSHA,BS 2576 certificates.We have complete quality guarantee system: IQC FAS &Self checking for
each producing progress →OQC. And as below:
1). Before production: sending pre-production samples for checking.
2). During production: sending mass production samples for checking again.
3). Before shipment: customers' or the third parties' visit to our factory to check the quality directly or any inspection is welcome!
4). After shipment: if there is any problem of our goods due to our mistake,we will surely be responsible for it.
9.Q:How to guarantee punctual shipment for my order?
A:We give priority to export orders and keep updating progress from production to delivery.
