Ansen pipe repair bandages are mainly made of fiberglass and polyurethane materials, which have completely different effects from resin, especially formulated to make quick and effective repairs of cracks, leaks, fractures, and corrosion porosity in piping carrying water, oil, steam, most gases and even solvents.

Repair tape is waterproof, suitable for outdoor use and pipi repair tape can withstand water pressure up to 150 psi. our tape remains completely waterproof even in wet conditions.

Repair tape holds up under extreme temperatures ranging from -45ºC to 150ºC.

Firmly Protection
Repair tape offers firm protection against any break, tear or crack. It is as hard as iron when cured.

Operation

Step 1: Prepare the surface, abrade the pipe with sandpaper or file and clean the surface .

The prepared area should be approximately 3 to 4 times the size of the damaged area.
Step 2: Knead epoxy untild uniform the color.
Step 3: Apply epoxy to the damage area.
Step 4: Using gloves, remove bandage from the package.Immerse in temperate water for 4-6 seconds.
Step 5: Wrap tightly and quickly,using entire roll extend approx. 5 to 8cm above and below the damage area.

Step 6: Rub and polish thoroughly
Step 7: Wait 30min for ANSEN Bandage to set rock-hard.Then finish the application.
