Introduction
The maximum suction stroke of the self priming oil pump can reach up to 6.5m. The copper impeller, cast iron pump body, and the explosion-proof electric motor make it possible to transport various kinds of flammable and combustible mediums. Sturdy and durable, our corrosion resstant centrifugal pump is manufactured with cemented carbide mechanical seal. Generally, a standy mechanical seal is provided along with the machine.
Feature of Self Priming Oil Pump
1.It is self priming centrifugal pump
It stands out the advantage of sample structure, convenient operation and maintenance, stable working,high efficiency, long life, good self-priming performance ect. It need not bottom valve in the pipeline. It just need to have amount og liquid in pump for self-priming before starting pump. It can be used as pump for cleaning off cabin in tanker and water supply of ship with high efficiency.
2.It is made up of material of high quality. Seal is hard alloy mechanical seal. So the pump has a long life. It need not security valve in output pipeline and no bottom valve in suction pipeline, so that it predigests pipeline system and improves working condition.

Application
1.Petroleum industry: the explosion proof pump can be used by on-land oil depot and oil tank truck for transporting gasoline, kerosene, diesel, aviation kerosene, etc.
2.Sea water of fresh water transporation: our self priming oil pump is suitable for the application on ships, being used as the cargo oil pump, bilge pump, fire pump or ballast pump. The medium temperature can be from -20ºC to 80ºC.
3.Chemical industry: the material of the pump body is selected depending on the PH value of the medium transported. Produced with corrosion resistant mechanical seal, our corrosive liquid transporting device can be employed for delivering chemical liquid like vitriol, hydrochloric acid, hydrogen nitrate, aqua regia,and some other.
