1. Operational Conditions: Our machine requires a single-phase 220V power supply and an air pressure of 4-7 kgf. Simply connect the air pipe (Φ8) as marked on the equipment and link the electronic line (2.5 m2 +). Begin by ventilating, followed by electrification. When shutting down, reverse the order: turn off electricity first, then the air pressure.

3) The winding shaft operates using the torque mode of the servo motor. Adjust the torque during winding via the touch screen, catering to PP STRAP of varying gram weights or widths with precision, thereby minimizing any bending deformation post-winding.
