VBAF Biofilter Equipment
Function:
VBAF biological filter equipment is a new biological filter integrated equipment launched by Qi Fangtian, which is an upgraded product of biological treatment process, according to the needs of working conditions, with "whole" or "assembly" to achieve convenient installation, supporting professional automatic control system. This equipment takes the biological filter process as the core, integrates the biofilm purification function and the filter filtration function into one of the water treatment equipment, completes the biological treatment (carbon oxidation, nitrification, denitrification) and suspended solids removal of sewage under aerobic and anoxic conditions, and has the effect of removing pollutants such as COD, BOD5, ammonia nitrogen, total nitrogen, total phosphorus and SS.

MBR technology uses the separation effect of the membrane to replace the secondary sedimentation tank, sand filtration and other units ,the conventional activated sludge process with a membrane separation device, and the suspended solids in the activated sludge mixture are completely intercepted and returned to the reactor, so the sludge age can be extended, the sludge concentration can be increased, the sludge load can be reduced, the degradation of pollutants by microorganisms is accelerated, and the sewage treatment efficiency is doubled, so that the effluent quality is not only stable and reliable, but also can directly meet the high-quality reclaimed water standard.
