The drum type solid-liquid separation rinsing and screening machine is composed of a screen plate drum and a spiral, a water tank, a rinsing pump and a nozzle, and a transmission device. The granular materials enter the rolling spiral with the liquid for solid-liquid separation, rinsing, screening and finished product output. The shaftless drum solid-liquid separation cleaning machine integrates solid-liquid separation, rinsing, and screening. It sequentially realizes solid-liquid separation, internal and external rinsing, small particle screening, qualified product output, and large particle discharge through the shaftless roller spiral.
The milk tea popping beads particles flowing out with the molding liquid enter the drum screen for solid-liquid separation. The particles are spirally transported forward with the drum. The molding liquid falls into the collection tank and is transported to the front molding equipment through the return pump. The molding liquid return pipeline is configured with pressure. Detect the double filter, alarm when abnormal, and need to manually switch to cleaning processing.
The milk tea popping beads are moved to the clean water rinsing section through the drum sieve spiral. The popping beads rotate while completing the cleaning of the surface forming liquid and screening at the same time. Small particles are removed, qualified products fall onto the elevator, and large particles are discharged as waste products.
