Description of Silicon Rubber for Gypsum Statues Moulding Making:

Liquid silicone, RTV 2 Silicone rubber is a premium grade silicone mold-making material that cures at room temperature to from a tough flexible rubber in approximately 24 hours. It offers excellent detail reproduction with high tear strength for long lasting molds.

Instructions of RTV 2 silicone rubber for intricate mold reproduction:

1-Take 100g of part A and add 2g of part B and mix the silicone rubber and curing agent evenly.

2-vacuum pumping

Storage and Precautions of RTV 2 silicone rubber for intricate mold reproduction:

RTV Silicone Rubber is an environmentally-friendly liquid silicone product, is not easy to burn and can be stored and transported as non-hazardous goods. The shelf life of the product is about one year from the date of production. Inspection is required when exceeding the time limited. It can continue to be used in case of neither thickening nor deterioration.
How to make the silicone mold?

1. Make sure the surface of the original is clean and free of loose material.
2. Weight 100 Part A base and 2 parts of CA30 Curing Agent in a clean container.
3. Stir Part A base silicone before use thoroughly, as filler separation may occur upon prolonged storage.
4. Mix Part A and Part B evenly until the CA30 completely dispersed in the base.
5. Pour the mixed Part A base silicone and CA-30 curing agent as soon as possible onto the original
6. De-mold after 24 hours, it is will improve the replicate times of silicone mold.
