RDSiR Silicone Rubber Reclaiming Agent

Application: Applicable to the reviving of the waste silicone rubber under normal temperature.

Reclaiming Technique:
1. Place the unqualified silicone rubber products and production leftovers on the open mill after selecting, cleaning, removing sundries, drying and cutting into small pieces, break them with small roll pitch (≤0.2mm), and make them be silicone rubber powder after selection and classification.
2. Refine 20 meshes silicone rubber powder and RDSiR silicone rubber reclaiming agent on the open mill for 15-20 min with roll temperature below 50ºC. Corresponding softener can be added according to the condition, and after mill running and sheeting, the reclaimed silicone rubber can be got.
3. Notes: The reviving of silicone rubber is apt to mix on the open mill at low speed ratio; the higher the speed ratio the harder to sheet; it is recommended to operate on the open mill with the speed ratio of 1:1.1.
