Composite surface materials generally use gold, gold alloy, pure silver, silver nickel, silver copper, silver cadmium oxide, silver tin oxide with thickness 0.01~1.0mm; The base material is generally pure silver, silver alloy, red copper, brass, phosphorus copper, beryllium copper, zinc white copper, nickel, iron, stainless steel, Monel, etc., the thickness can be 1.0~8.0mm.
At present, we can process Inlay,double side Inlay, Onlay, Overlay, tri-metal clad strip, Edgelay and other composite methods
Composite strips are mainly used in wall switches, protectors, temperature controllers, micromotor brushes, commutators, microswitches and so on.
Silver copper composite strip is suitable for continuous stamping process, which produces terminals with better welding reliability than spot welding process.
