The temperature of cooking bean milk can be monitored and set by the temperature controller. When the temperature is up to the set value, the controller will warn and alarm to operator.
The closed cooker will reduce 20% of electrical energy less than other factory one, no need to add food foamicide.and providing the function of automatic & manual adding water.
No need over flowed or aspirate by pump as applying automatic discharge.
Active type bucket is easy and efficient to operate.
In whole process of production, no water on floor, so there is a clean environment.
The rate of produced bean milk is 20% higher than other factory product by applying the modern separator and cooker.
