Application:
UV Accelerated Weathering Test Chamber is to simulate the sun lighting, and it' s specialized in the simulation of products in outdoors for a long time. The ultraviolet radiation in the sun is destructive on its exposure, only a few days or weeks, the equipment can reproduce the destruction outdoors for months or years. And then to see whether the
product has fading, discoloration, brightness decline, powder, cracking, blurred, brittle, decreased strength and oxidation phenomena, while it can reproduce the destruction of rain and dew.
UV Accelerated Weathering Aging Test Equipment Features:
1. UV aging test machine can do two kinds of testing: aging and anti-yellowing.
2. Aging: the machine can promote the increase of sulfur rubber deterioration, to calculate the change rate of tensile and elongation before and after heat. It's generally thought that test for one day at 70°C, in theory as exposed to the atmosphere for 6 months.
3. Anti-yellowing: the machine stimulate the atmosphere environment, driven by the sun ultraviolet radiation. It's generally thought that the appearance change at 50°C for 9 hours, in theory as exposed to atmosphere for 6 months.
