2. The unique structural layout allows the top cover and side covers of the steam cooking tunnel to fully open, facilitating thorough sanitation and cleaning.
3. This machine adopts the cyclone washing method for rice. The rice and water flow in a spiral motion inside the cyclone drum, where during the rotation process, the rice interacts with each other in the water, akin to hand washing rice, effectively removing floating bran without damaging the rice. Additionally, under the force of gravity, sand and stones fall to the bottom of the cyclone drum, while the rice flows with the water into the metering filling machine, facilitating a more effective rice washing process.
4.The rice conveyor adopts a double-row chain conveyor structure, ensuring safety and hygiene.
5.Components: Rice bin, Rice washing machine, 600-type metering filling machine, 600-type steam cooking machine, 600-type control  cabinet.
