Product Description
Features:
Single-phase, dumplex motor control
The NEX Series™ Duplex is designed to control two single phase pump in water and waste water application.
When level increase, On-Off float switch will turn on the first pump. If level continue increase, alarm float switch will turn on the second pump and the high level alarm. When the alarm float switch becomes off, the alarm will stop, but both two pumps still working until the On-Off float switch becomes off.
Two pumps operate alternatively for each cycle to make the working time same. Pump Autopatrolling once a week to prevent pump jammed in case of long time inactivity.
Typical application including lift pump chambers, sump pump basins, holding tanks, sewage and other water applications.

1. Enclosure measures 25.4 X 20.32 X 10.16 cm (10 x 8 x 4 inches) NEMA 4X (ultraviolet stabilized thermoplastic) for indoor or outdoor use.
2. Padlockable Latch
3. Integral Mounting Feet
4. Power Relays (not shown) controls pump by switching electrical lines.
5. HOA Switches for manual pump control.
6. Green Pump Run Indicator Lights
7. Field Wiring Terminal Blocks
8. Control/Alarm Fuses
9. Control/Alarm Power Indicator
10. Ground Lug
11. Circuit Breakers provide pump disconnect and branch circuit protection.
12. Float Status Indicator Lights (Stop, Lead and Lag Float Status)

14. Red Alarm Beacon provides 360o visual check of alarm condition.
15. Auxiliary Alarm Contacts (Form C) are provided for signaling
an external device.
16. Alarm Horn provides audible warning of alarm condition,85 to 90 decibel rating (not shown).
17. Exterior Alarm Test/Normal/Silence Switch allows horn and light to be tested and horn to be silenced in an alarm condition.
Alarm automatically resets once alarm condition has been cleared (not shown).
