1.Q:What is your package of goods ?
A: Generally, we will pack the goods by Neutral boxes ,Pallets or Wooden boxes. If any special needed ,please inform us earlier .
2.Q:How do you make a price offer and how long is the validity period??
A: Generally we quote prices according to goods' part number , if you don't have , please provide us chassis number , we can confirm the exactly goods according to the chassis number. About the inquiry list, we usually finish the quotation within 24 hours . If you are very urgent ,please inform us earlier. The prices are valid within 20 days.
3.Q.:What is your delivery time?
A: 20GP normally 7 to 14 days , 40HC normally 13- 18 days after receiving prepayment. The exactly delivery time depends on the items and quantities which you ordered.
