Machine Overview:
The design adopts double-head, double-head and double-electrode welding at the same time, and the hook piece, hook and hook rod are automatically fed by vibrating parts. It can be adjusted according to the different length of the hook and has high versatility. The resistance welding method and double gauge welding are adopted to ensure the welding effect. After starting the equipment, the product welding can be completely automatic. Operator only need to manually put the raw materials into the vibrating parts. When raw material parts are used out, the machine will alarm.
Features:
The equipment has a simple structure and convenient assembly, and can be used for welding supermarket hooks. The servo motor is used for automatic adjustment, which is convenient for workers to operate. One person can take care of 2-3 machines at the same time, which greatly improves the production efficiency of welding of hook products.
