Vibratory Polishing Deburring Finishing Machine made available by Kafan finds application for meeting the demands of workparts de-burring. The advanced functional support provided by these machines also allows for achieving a faster solution to in-hand de-burring and finishing requirements of metal, non-metal and ceramic workpieces.These vibratory finishing machine comes with a weight mounted inside centre section of the bowl that provides for spiral vibration action which in turn results in achieving deburr and clean parts. The different media choices these can work on include plastic, ceramic, aluminium oxide, metal.
Metal Vibratory Tumbler Features
3 phase high performance vibration motor causes sufficient grinding force on parts and ensures thorough finishing.
As it is the entire load in the bowl moving as a unit, very fragile and sensitive parts is quite safer during vibratory finishing.
Full wear resistant polyurethane lining reduce crash damage to parts as well as extend bowl life.
The round bowl design allows random inspection of the parts during the deburring and polishing process.
Can be equipped with electric cabinet to achieve variable speed control and amplitude adjustable function to meet different demands.
