Custom Process
If the customer has no drawings, but has samples, you need to send the samples to our engineer, then we will make the drawings. Then we make the mold according to the drawing.
Occasionally, a customer will make a smaller, lower cost sample mold just to make a sample. Sometimes, customers directly make a large mold for making samples and mass production.
Molds are usually made of steel. We promise that the mold can be used 500,000 times within 5 years. If there is any problem during the warranty period, our company will bear the cost of maintenance or remanufacturing.
After the mold is made, we will test the mold, if the mold is good. Then trial production, our engineers will test and burn-in etc. to ensure the quality of the mold. Then we send the final prototype to our customer for testing.
After the sample is confirmed, we will start mass production. The production process is as follows:
Purchase raw materials → packaging material design → circuit board purchase → material inventory → production → aging test → QC spot check → inspection report
