Product Description
The Conical Screw Ribbon Mixers are commonly used for mixing, stirring, and blending powders, granular materials, slurries, or viscous substances. They can be equipped with a liquid spraying system and can be designed according to user requirements to operate under vacuum, pressurized, heated, or cooled conditions. This versatility meets the mixing and stirring needs of materials under various process conditions.
The Conical Screw Ribbon Mixers provide powerful mixing capabilities. During operation, materials near the container wall move upwards, while those at the center move downwards, achieving gentle yet thorough mixing of flowable materials. This allows for a high degree of uniform mixing of large quantities of materials in a short period. The excellent design of the discharge mechanism ensures that the material in the hopper is almost completely discharged, significantly reducing material residue.
