Materials Description:
As raw materials of plastic,rubber,filament yarn and staple fiber from Hua Gong company.
It is high concentration,during a heat process into a carrier resin
which is then cooled and cut into a granular shape,allows the processor
to colour raw polymer economically during the manufacturing process.
It's granule shape instead of others to reduce your produce costs,
avoid pollution,convenient handling,easy coloring.
Hua Gong Materials is high concentrate by granule appearance loaded on one of a kind carrier LDPE/HDPE,PP,PVC,EVA,ABS,PC,PS,PA,PBT or PET etc.

ABS toy,electronic civil and industrial sector,PVC pipe,wire or cable,
EVA slipper,PS bops,kitchenware,hangers,PA string,PC sheet,

PBT or PET polyester filament yarn and staple fiber,
color fastness above level 4,and dosing within 5% to obtain various colors;
Yarn type:DTY,FDY,POY etc,yarn section triangle or circular;

Ratio of Dosage:
Mix the TPR resin materials uniformly at the ratio of 25-50 ( or according to specific products' requirements).
Use it directly after mixing evenly and drying.
