The cutting machine adopts the automatic rotary cutting method, which is an upgrade and transformation of the traditional cutting method. The soft contact method protects the bottle mouth without producing burrs, and the cut surface is smooth, beautiful and hygienic.
Steps of operation
Step1: Customize PET bottle mold, and blow the bottles out using PET bottle mould machine.
Step2: Put the PET bottle into the first ring of the cutting machine. Cut the head part of the bottle.
Step3: Put the PET bottle into the second ring of the cutting machine. Cut the neck of the bottle.
Step4: Cut the bottle successfully and take out the formed bottle. The mouth is smooth.
