Basic Operation:
The Wombat Heat Pipe Solar Water Heater utilizes evacuated tubes to absorb sunlight and convert it into usable heat. The vacuum between the glass layers ensures minimal heat loss, while the heat transfer fin transfers the heat to the copper heat pipe. The heat pipe contains a small amount of liquid that turns into steam when heated, rapidly transferring the heat to the water in the storage tank.
