Product Description
1.Project introduction
This line can produce tinplate products used in packaging, canning, and aerosol canning, can caps and bottle caps. Tinplate is tin-coated cold-rolled low-carbon steel sheets or coils, which has steel' s strength and formability, as well as anti-corrosion, easy-welding and shining appearance from tin.
•Custom made, thickness can be from 0. 14mm to 0. 6mm, width can be as wide as 1200mm
•Can be adapted to different raw material, including MR, SPCC, 08Al, Q195LD. The temper can be from T1, T2, T3, T3. 5, T4, T5 and DR7, DR7. 5, DR8 and DR9.
•The whole line is using AC frequency inverter driving, the maximum speed can be 420mpm
•Use soluble anode (or insoluble anode)
•Combined-melting technical , Pure induction heating.
•Tin coating mass: 2. 8 to 11.2 g/m2 , symmetrical or asymmetrical coating

3. Technological process
This unit is divided into seven parts as follows:
(1) Entrance section
(2) Entrance looper section
(3) Pretreatment section (degreasing and pickling)
(4) Tin plating section
(5) Post-processing section
(6) Export looper section
(7) Exit section
