The equipment consists of main reducer, die box, road wheel frame, starting frame and electrical control system. Each JZT reel is decelerated by a two-stage cylindrical gear with different speed ratios driven by a gear coupling from a series of JZT or y motors. The reel rotates to work. The wire drawing reel is vertical and is mounted on the cover case, gear pairs are lubricated with oil. The inner wall of the reel is equipped with cooling water spraying device to reduce the residual heat on the surface of the reel after drawing, and the drawing die is immersed in cooling water to reduce the working temperature of the die. The machine can realize point action, linkage, in the drum operating position in front of the machine tool, the equipment has a safe parking mechanism.
