Material Description

(1) C45

C45 is widely used in machinery manufacturing, and its mechanical properties are very good. The C45chrome plated bar can be quenched and tempered(tempered to a hardness of HRC25 * 32)or hardened to HRC42~60 at medium frequency/high frequency. Therefore, if the surface hardness is required and the superior mechanical properties of C45 are desired, the surface of C45 is often carburized and quenched.

(2) 42Cr

40CR precision piston rod, chrome plated rod high frequency hardening optical shaft (quenching/tempering optical shaft) has a hardness of about 55 degrees, which can be used together with linear bearings, shaft support or aluminum brackets. The wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the products promote the high precision, high speed, high competitiveness and durability of all machinery, and greatly improve the equipment performance.

(3) Stainless steel

Stainless steel is a material used in the manufacture of piston rod. It is resistant to weak corrosive media such as air, steam and water. The commonly used materials are 304, 316 and 402. The weldability, polishing, heat resistance, corrosion resistance and corrosion resistance of these materials are relatively good. Through precision cold drawing, precision grinding, high-precision polishing and other processes, the technical indicators of the piston rod manufactured by these materials meet and exceed the national standards, so they are commonly used in oil cylinders, air cylinders and shock absorbers.
