The size and packgingThe advantage
SPC lock floor is composed of thickened wear-resistant layer, UV layer, color film texture layer and substrate layer.
Wear layer :PNC transparent wear layer, thickness is about 0.3mm, texture transparent, strong adhesion, wear resistance and scratch resistance, wear coefficient up to 6000-8000 RPM.
UV layer: The coating formed after the curing agent of UV oil can prevent the volatilization of chemical substances in the plate by ultraviolet light.
Color film layer: a variety of wood grain, stone grain, carpet grain decorative layer, can meet the different needs of different occasions, different tastes.
Polymer substrate layer: composite sheet made of stone powder and thermoplastic polymer material after mixing and then extrusion at high temperature, while having the properties and characteristics of wood and plastic, so this floor has good strength and toughness.
