According to the current globally recognized test standard JIS Z 2801:2010, the antibacterial effects of this product meet the current generally recognized international and domestic test standards and technical indicators. After repeated tests, the ability of antibacterial coating to inhibit bacteria was confirmed. It has good effects on both gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria, including escherichia coli and staphylococcus aureus, which cause food spoilage. The antibacterial rate of the coating surface before use and after cleaning can reach 99.9% and exceed 90% of the technical requirements of the existing national standard. The corresponding antibacterial activity values of e. coli and staphylococcus aureus were greater than 6.0 and 5.0, respectively. All of them far meet the technical requirements of activity value greater than or equal to 2.0 of JIS Z 2801-2010 evaluation standard. The antibacterial protection will not disappear due to cleaning or use. The antibacterial ability coexists with the coating and will continue to function effectively.
Anti-static performance meet the requirement of the resistance on the surface is 1.0×106-1.0×109Ω as per GB50611-2010 "anti-static of electronic engineering specification."
