The precision casting adhensive waxis a special wax used to bond the wax mold and the casting system. Simply heat the hensive wax to a certain temperature, directly bonding the wax mold sprue and pouring system together.

Adhensive wax will be dewaxed and burned in the roasting, the ash content is below 0.01%. It is a special wax of targeted development. Strong cohesive force, seamless, it avoided the casting defect caused by gap and refractories-off in tradit wax assembling and dewaxing. It will improve the pass rate.
Application:
Usedin assembling ofprecision casting wax parts and welding of wax parts.

Usage and attentions:
1. When bonding, apply force for only a few seconds.
2.Adjust the temperature to 160C will be ok, when melting the wax via a container.
