Back Pressure Valve
Back Pressure Valve is installed inside the tubing hanger for holding pressure from below to isolate well pressure during the wellhead installation, DEENPU provides the back pressure valve which is same as Cameron back pressure valve type 'H', both two way BPV and one way BPV are available, the most common size we have manufactured is 6 5/16" and 4", the working pressure is upto 20,000PSI.

BPV is commonly used during the nipple down and up of the drilling BOP stack, nipple up or down of Christmass trees, test the Christmas tree (2-way check valve), and during the replacement of the master valve.
NB: A two-way check valve is designed to fit the same profile as the BPV. It holds pressure from both directions while allowing equalization when required and is used to test the tree and BOP assembly.
DEENPU Back Pressure Valve feature:
- 1. Interchangeable with brand factory's back pressure valve type 'H'.
- 2. The body & piston material can be AISI 410SS, 17-4 PH, Inconel 718, etc, which is suitable for H2S service.
- 3. H2S service is used up to 20,000psi.
- 4. Size available from 1 1/4" - 6 5/16".
