Chip Spreader
SS4000 self-propelled chip spreader, a kind of special equipment can be used to spreading kinds of chips with sizes no more than 30mm, is one of the key equipment in chip sealing construction. A specified size chip can be spread on the road surface or road base continuously, quantitatively, evenly right after the asphalt spraying. It is mainly used to spread aggregate/chips for construction of upper course on low-graded highway or for construction of new surface under chip sealing technology. It also can be used for paving maintenance on the surface of high graded road. The towing type SS3000C,SS3500A and tailgate type XS3000B chip spreader, are suitable to spread aggregate for construction of under sealing course on high graded asphalt pavement,also can be applied to spread chips on low graded road for construction of top sealing course.
