Bag filter is mainly used to filter impurities in water, beverages, and chemical liquids. The bag filter is mainly composed of three parts, filter housing, stainless steel basket, and filter bag.
Multi bag filter is suitable for large flow filtration, with a quick opening design, it is very convenient to disassemble and replace the filter bags.lt is suitable for occasions where it needs a long time on the filter bag. The heating jacket design can meet the high temperature liquid filtration process. It can maintain or increase the temperature of the fluid, prevent the fluid from solidification, and improve the filtration speed of the viscous liquid.
The liquid enters from the side or lower inlet of the filter bag. The filter bag is expanded due to the impact of the liquid and the uniform pressure surface. The liquid material is evenly distributed on the inner surface of the whole filter bag. The filtered liquid passes through the filter bag and flows into the pipeline. The particle impurities are intercepted in the filter bag.
