KF vacuum quick-release clamps are used to connect or cut off the medium flow in the vacuum (pressure) system pipeline. KF vacuum quick-installation clamps are widely used in chemical, gas, petrochemical, electric power, metallurgy, medical, food industry and other industrial fields. They can be processed and customized according to user requirements based on drawings and samples to meet needs.

FEATURES:
1. Anti-loosen function and break proven;

2. Hexagonal bolt grip-easy clamping;

3. Groove for fixing the bolt-safety lock;

4. Stopper-steady clamp;

5. Corrosion-resistant.

A circumferential clamp and centering ring form the vacuum seal between the connecting flanges. The centering ring contains a rubber elastomer o-ring.

The standard sizes for quick flange fittings are KF-10, KF-16, KF-25, KF-40, and KF-50 with flange sizes NW-10, NW-16, NW-25, NW-40, and NW-50, respectively. They are made of Aluminum SS304 SS316.
