Double headed bolts, also known as double headed screws or double headed bolts, have threads on both ends and a smooth rod in the middle.
Main purpose
-Used for installing accessories for large equipment: such as mirrors, mechanical seal seats, gearbox frames, and other accessories that need to be installed for large equipment. One end is screwed into the main body, and the other end is equipped with a nut, which facilitates frequent disassembly and replacement of accessories.

-Specification labeling: For example, the thread specification d=M12, nominal length l=80mm, and performance level of 4.8, the complete marking of the equal length double headed bolt is GB901 M12 × 80-4.8.
-Common standards: There are GB901 equal length double head standards, as well as GB897, GB898, GB899 unequal length double head standards.
Material type
-Carbon steel material: such as Q235, with low cost and average strength, used in situations where strength requirements are not particularly high.
-Alloy steel materials, such as 40Cr and 35CrMoA, have high strength and good toughness, and are used for important connection parts that can withstand large tensile and compressive forces.
