Stainless Steel Handrails Carport for Car

The roof material is pvdf knife coating membrane . As I know ,normally other company use 950 g/m2 , even 550 g/m2 . We use 1050g/m2 . 0.8mm thickness . My tent frame is made of aluminum ,6063-T5, roughly 70kg for the tent . It costs a lot for us production .  All my accessories is made of laser cutting , and they will ensure them more precise and beautiful .The bracket is made of  Q 235 B ,and hot dip galvansied with 80 um thickness zinc , the setcrew are all dacromet setcrew . So it could be exposed outside at least 15 years ,no rust .When treating my product as artwork ,  we polish them carefully before thermal powder painting .Meanwhile it could stand 36m/s roughly 12 class typhoone if you install as our instructions . Our carport is tested by SGS snow load and wind resistance. Snow load test result: 50kg / m 2.
