It is through the transformation of the internal structure of the metering tank to achieve that a metering tank has several quantitative metering functions, which is suitable for the production process and occasions of high-precision metering of liquid and often changing the capacity.
Weighing, detection and measurement:
the method of gravity metering and filling is adopted, without calculating the weight of liquid. The weighing sensor and weighing terminal are used to realize the proportional feeding of liquid and other raw materials. In order to strictly check the accuracy, the whole system adopts Mitsubishi or Siemens PLC control and touch screen display operation. The fluctuation of materials during measurement is automatically compensated after calculation in PLC. The measurement accuracy of the system is controlled at 0.5%.
