Pneumatic vacuum conveyor for chemical powder is mainly consisted of swirl air pump, first stage air-solid separating chamber, compressed air jetting device, second stage air-solid separating chamber, quick-open clamp, wire soft tube, sucking nozzle, PLC control cabinet and three-way valve.
In the operation process, the swirl air pump generates strong air flow inside the sealed conveying system. The materials will be sucked into the wire soft tube via the sucking nozzle with the air and flow to the three-way valve which is connected to the sealed container. Most of the material is separated by the three-way valve and drops into the container and the air stream containing some material enters into the two stages air-solid separating chambers. After two-stage filtering, the clean air is exhausted to complete material feeding process.
