More importantly, we purchase the steel mainly including 40Cr, 35CrMo, 42CrMo to enhance the stability of our parts.
2). Manufacture Procession
First, we have already owned High-precision Digital Machining Center for mould making in special Mould Workshop, which decides the high quality of mould. Consequently, the beauty and accurate size of our bolts can be guaranteed.
Second, we use cold heading and hot upsetting to produce partss. The different technology of producing can be chosen according to the features of parts.
Third, heat treatment is utilized. We adopt the Controlled-atmosphere Automatic Heat Treatment Furnace to guarantee the good quality and stability of our parts.
3). The total quality control system
We have established a total quality control system which means we perform quality control from buying raw materials to different machining procession and to final packing. We have many high-tech testing instruments, such as Torsion Tester, Peel Force Tester and Metallographic Microscope and etc. which determine the excellent quality and appearance of our products.
