Pure steam generator is a kind of equipment that uses purified water as raw water and uses steam heating to produce pure steam. It has reasonable structure, simple operation, high thermal efficiency and low energy consumption. It is an ideal equipment for hospitals, pharmaceuticals, electronics, food and beverage industries. Pure steam generator consists of evaporator,preheater and electrical automatic control part. In order to ensure the quality of pure steam, the evaporator adopts a unique three- stage separation method: rising film evaporation gravity sedimentation spiral separation.
• Energy-saving technology:Industrial steam condensate water secondary heat exchange technology can increase the raw
material water temperature by more than 50ºC;
• Separation and discharge of non-condensable gases:Utilizing the principle that gas solubility gradually decreases as the temperature increases,vapor-liquid separation is performed by preheating the raw water and then spraying it, collecting non-condensable gases in the separation tank and discharging them; Industrial steam energy efficiency ratio It is 1.1:1(1.1T industrial steam produces 1T pure steam),and the ratio of purified water to pure steam is 1.1:1.
• Through the natural separation of rising membrane +gravity separation + spiral separation,the vapor liquid separation is more thorough, and the bacterial endotoxin content is <0.01EU/ml;
• Equipped with a "micro superheat" heating device, when pure steam sterilizes remote equipment, the flow resistance and heat dissipation effect of the steam pipeline can eliminate the "micro- superheat" pure steam before it reaches the point of use.
Superheat degree",it is converted into "saturated"pure steam without condensation water,which has the advantagesof short sterilization time,good effect,and no wet bag phenomenon.
