Technology:
New welding tech. To make the appearance more flat, the weld is narrower, and significantly improved the weld strength, porosity control and flaw detection.
- Plasma and argon arc welding processes are used instead of laser welding, to solve the problem of stomatal and sand hole.
- Welding parts will be electrochemically treated, to ensure smooth surface without trachoma.
- SUS30408 Double-side mirror plate is used for the whole tank body, inner 8k, outer 4k. No mechanical polishing.
- Laser marking.
