Description :
SH·J506 non-alloy steel electrode, coating type is alkaline. It has good mechanical properties and crack resistance. Ac/DC dual use, can be all position welding.
Use:
Used for welding of medium and low carbon steel, such as 16Mn, 09Mn,Si, etc.
Note:
1. Before welding, the welding rod must be baked at about 350ºC for one hour, and used with baking. 2. Before welding, impurities such as rust, oil and water must be removed from the welding parts.
3. Welding should be operated with short arc, and narrow path welding is appropriate.
4. When using DC power supply, the electrode is connected to the positive electrode.
