Series BND-BXB Standard M PACK Fridge Test Pack

Introduction: 
The refrigeration test Packs which allow checking and logging of cabinet temperatures to ensure safety of foodstuffs being stored. It's a must-have tool for testing the performance of refrigeration equipments.

Test package

• The freezing point of the test package is -1ºC (Its thermal performance is equivalent to lean beef)

• Packaging material is a thin layer of plastic, or with appropriate materials which can do medium vapor exchange with the environment, immediately seal the packaging material after filling,

• When measured in ice greenhouse, must use the  -5ºC test package

• M package means the 500g test package, it equipped with a thermocouple in the geometric center to measure the temperature. The thermocouple contact the package directly.

Note:

•  Need at below zero temperature condition when long storing, the optimum temporary is -18ºC.

•  Thawing: Should be natural thawed at room temperature, don't use such as microwave ovens, electromagnetic ovens to thaw.

•  Freezing: Beware of deformation when test package begin to freeze. Need repair timely if they have been deformed. The correct way is freezing in batches, when lower test package has completely freezing, add another one above it. This can prevents the lowermost test package by extrusion.

•  Seal: Keeping in sealed condition, once package is damaged should be repaired or discarded immediately, otherwise evaporation of water will affect the quality of test package.
