Structure
Comprising a support and diversion ring, a rotatable balancing ring, locking and sealing device, the ICD water control device boasts triple-stage flow resistance. Its orifice plates are equipped with tungsten alloy nozzles for superior performance.
Features
- Set with tungalloy chokes and treated with special hardening process, the ICD nozzles prevent fluid corrosion/erosion and secure the service life
- Three-stage additional choking capacity can realize the functions of small flowrate but large resistance, greatly expanding application ranges.
- Convenient field operation, screen inflow rate can be adjusted through rotating equalizing ring for sealing off unnecessary orifices.
- Reservoir analysis and numerical modeling are used to optimize ICD water control proposal, and realize fluid profile balance, restrain the edge and bottom breakthrough, and extend the well life.
