Steel Coil and Sheet Slitting Line for ERW and Spiral Pipe Mill
Slitting line is used to open the coil, level the steel, cut to pieces with circle shear, recoiling the steel, and pack the coils.
Our company has many patent technologies. Automatic centering uncoiler guarantees the coil automatic centering to the mill center. Mill can have smooth production. Hydraulic steel arrangement device can put the steel in the right position to let the steel smoothly enter into the tensioner and separating slice. It decreases the labor intervention and improves the efficiency. The steel ends bending device can guarantee the tight clamp by jaw to improve the reliability of jaw. Hydraulic independent jaw can fix the steel and so on.

Process:
Coil Loading → Uncoiling → Pinch Leveling → Shearing Head and Tail → Vertical Roller → Disc Shear → Scrap Rewinding → Accumulator → Tensioner → Coiler → Unloading → Packing
