Cord stripper is used to strip the steel cords from steel cord conveyor belt which is to be spliced. The operation can be carried out in the vulcanizing shop or on site.
Cable pitches: 10~25mm
Cable diameter: φ4.9~13.2mm
Rubber cover on the carrying side: ≤25mm
Rubber cover on the running side: ≤12mm
Total belt thickness:≤43mm
Features:
--No turning of the belt, because the rubber cover on both sides are removed in one signle operation.
--thickness of remaining rubber can be arbitrarily controlled, and this can ensure the vulcanization effects.
