Product Information                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        Glass turnover flat tray(steel pallet) is an ideal replacement product for traditional wooden pallets and plastic pallets. It is suitable for forklift operations and is convenient for storing and storing goods.Mainly used for multi-purpose ground storage, shelf storage, cargo intermodal transportation, turnover and other ultra-light metal pallets series. Consolidation, stacking, handling and transportation are placed as a horizontal platform device for unit loads. It is one of the important storage and transportation auxiliary equipment in the industry.
        The main material is steel or galvanized steel plate, formed by special equipment, various profiles are mutually supported, rivet connection is strengthened, and then welded by CO2 gas shielded welding.And the surface paste is 10mm EVA, which has a cushioning effect.
 

 

 

 

Q: What is dynamic load?
A: Dynamic load refers to the weight that needs to be borne on the pallet when using a forklift or a hand-pulled hydraulic truck to scoop up the pallet and move back and forth.
Q: What is static load?
A: Static load means that the pallet is stationary on the ground, and the weight of goods to be placed on the pallet.
Packaging
1. Packed by MASTER CARTON
2. Bundled by KRAFT PAPER and then onto PLASTIC PALLET
3. Bundled by KRAFT PAPER and then directly put into such 20GP, 40GP, 40HQ Container layer-by-layer(in this way, it will load some more products than plus the pallet, so it can save you the cost)
4. Bundles by SHRINK FILM and then onto the PLASTIC PALLET

Shipping Detailes
1. For small quantity, it can be shipped by express such as DHL, UPS, FedEx and TNT if you need them urgently.
2. For larger quantity, usually it is shipped by Sea or by Air.
However, please tell our sales representative your requirement of the shipment, then they will recommend you the best shipping way based on your requirement.

2 How is the goods being packed?
---Plastic banding + Stretch film wrapped, palletized for easy loading and unloading with standard 
forklift truck or pallet jack.
3 What kind of finish do you provide for your goods?
 ---A.Electro-galvanized/Zinc plated: the zinc serves as a sacrificial anode( indoor storage)
    B.Hot dip galvanized: it forms a coating of corrosion-resistant zinc
     (indoor/outdoor and cold storage)
     C.Powder coating: a type of coating that is applied as a free-flowing, dry powder
     (indoor/outdoor storage)
4 What is the loading capacity?
 ---In general, we have light duty(100~300kg) model,
                               medium-duty(400~800kg) model 
                       and heavy-duty(1000~1700kg) model available for your choice.
5 Which product can be used in cold storage?
---Mobile rack, wire container, and roll cage are all widely used in cold storage.
6 I like your design, but couldn't find the right model from the products list, is custom size available?
---Yes, we do custom products and projects.
7 I would like to have my own design products and qty is not that big, is it ok?
---Yes, we can go with your custom design, no matter small or big qty, however, pls understand 
the cost will be different.
8 I don't have drawing or picture available for the custom products, could you design it 
for me?
--Yes, we can make the best suitable design for you but do need to know the details, such as 
   a) dimension
  b) loading capacity

9 What is the minimum quantity I can order?
--About30-50 , quantity is variable depend on the size
10 What is your average production lead time?
--3-4 weeks against formal order and deposit.
11 Do I get any guarantee from your company?
-3~10 years warranty in case that 
A) Proper handling during operation, correctly forklift handling while stacking/unstacking 
B) Overloading is prohibited 
C) Environment request indoor, dry and nothumid circumstance, do not contact with any corrosive chemical material
    (for zinc plated and powder coated products, no limitation for hot dip galvanized)
