Description of Wheel rim roll former
This machine is specially designed for forming flared rims into final shape. Usually there need 3 or 4 same machines with different forming rollers for this processing. If you only want to have one machine to save cost, you should change forming rollers from time to time.
The main shafts are driven by hydraulic; the side guiding shafts are driven by pneumatic.
This machine is equipped with automatic loading system, only one operator is needed for three machines.
The main shafts are made by 40Cr, hardened & tempered, long life. The main shafts can be 3D adjusted (up & down, forward & backward, incline).
