Specifications:

 • Inside furnace fire is directly heaing the steel wire with countercurrent, friendly to environment, high heat transfor efficiency, to make sure the exhaust gas meet the national reguled requirements

• In front part of furnace gas is pre-heated, reasonablely recycle the waste heat from exhaused smoke, reduce the smoke temperature, reduce energy consumption.

• In the isothermy part of furnace,  combustion method would be: pre-mixed burning, accurately control the mixed ratio of air and gas, reduce steel wire oxidation and control decarburization

• Use new and high efficient heat insulation material, little heat loss
